Cancellation Policy
By booking a consultation with Luc Lavigne, you agree to the following terms: • All consultation bookings are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the session has been completed. • Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the booking portal. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled for a future date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. • If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened accordingly to respect scheduled bookings. • No-shows will forfeit the session and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. • Consultation advice, recommendations, and feedback are provided based on professional experience and do not guarantee specific results, placements, releases, streams, or career outcomes. • Any materials, notes, resources, or strategies shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Luc Lavigne and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or sold without written permission. • By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
